Still Inside Changdeokgung

Can you believe this juniper tree is over 500 years old????

Lovin' the lines...

And then there were two. These are 2 of the other  AIEAs and a 2 lovely Fulbright staff members (who toured us around Seoul for the afternoon) and our typical Korean dessert known as "ice flakes" - not to be confused with "ice kachung!!" Actually, the dessert was nice - ice shavings topped with almonds, berries, red beans and kiwis!!!

Feast your eyes on our refreshing desserts!!!

Next stop, shopping, of course!! This is Insa Dong, where traditional Korean crafts are sold. Well maybe not entirely traditional!!!!

Insa-dong street scene:

Sandra and I shopping at Insa-dong.

Stephen practicing his fire-eating skills. Actually, these  are spiral  potatoes!!
